ArtWorks Illinois(sm) has been serving the IL community since December of 2009. We specialize in showcasing the artists and the Arts in Illinois. Our goal and mission is to make available a place to spark collaborative efforts among artists of diverse disciplines from all over Illinois. Musicians, poets, authors can work with a visual artist to illustrate their next project. A visual artist can find a poet or author who may want to collaborate to create a book of their images married to the poet’s or author’s words. The potential of synergistic collaborations is endless and very possible at ArtWorks Illinois(sm).

Membership is free to everyone. At ArtWorks Illinois(sm), our goal is to provide an avenue for Illinois’ working artists who live or work in Illinois to easily associate and exchange ideas as well as collaborate on projects. At this time this site is still being built with the Grand Opening scheduled for March 15th 2010. There is a gallery in place as well as an information center ready to be used and populated with members information. To join send an E-mail to the administrator of the ArtWorks Illinois(sm) web site to get the access information.
